Background:

It was announced on September 18, 2020 that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has passed away. September Surprise! Democrats were apoplectic and frantic at the idea that President Trump could possibly nominate and fill  the seat of another Supreme Court Justice. Trump nominated Amy Cony Barrett, a Constitutionalist and Conservative mother of seven children. It was important to fill the seat before the Election as fears grew with the idea of Universal Mail in ballotting whichcould prove to be a huge problem and that the Supremes might have to step in over a contested election. There needed to be 9 Justices on the Court to avoid a tie vote. And true to form Nancy Pelosi threatened Impeachment if Trump nominated a Justice before the Election. He did it anyway.
