Background:

As Congress and Adam Schiff held secret hearings on whether or not to Impeach the President, many witnesses were called. Republicans were not allowed to call their witnesses and eventually the Congress voted to Impeach. The Senate would hold the hearings with Adam Schiff and the "Accusers" vs President Trump's legal team "The Defenders." Chief Justice Roberts would preside.
